You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales pipeline, communicating with buyer seller leads, assessing client needs and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Must hold a current GA Real Estate License
Proven successful track record working as a real estate salesperson
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Confidence in making and receiving inbound/outbound calls a minimum of 2 hours per day to qualified leads and thoroughly notating company CRM system
Nurture long term prospects and build relationships with buyers and sellers
Strong follow-up skills
Effective communication with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
Ability to host a minimum of 2 Open Houses per month
Display a people-oriented, team player, highly positive and customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
Must be committed to your own success in a team atmosphere
Attend weekly team meetings, training calls, training sessions and webinars to enhance skills and constantly improve
Utilize social media networks to identify potential contacts
Represent the company in a positive manner in all occasions and help build brand awareness throughout the community
Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
Maintain continuous education requirements.
